Every box, every winner, every proof

What was pulled, who got it, and how it reached them. Cards go to the winner's wallet as an NFT. Watches are sold back to watch.fun and the cash goes to the winner in USDC.

the boxes · opened on watch.fun

Seven tiers. Any of them can be next.

Every box is opened live on watch.fun. Fees decide which tiers are affordable, a random roll decides which one opens.

how winners get paid

Two kinds of pulls, two deliveries

The bot never decides to sell on your behalf while there's a way to hand you the real thing.

cards · NFT to your wallet

Graded Pokémon cards

watch.fun vaults every graded card with Collector Crypt and can withdraw it as a Solana NFT. The bot withdraws it straight to the winning wallet, usually within a minute. You then own the card outright: sell it on Collector Crypt or any marketplace, or redeem it and have the physical card shipped to you.

watches · USDC to your wallet

Rolex, Patek, AP

Watches can't be tokenized and we won't ship a Rolex to a stranger's address. The bot accepts watch.fun's instant buyback (85% of market value) and sends that amount in USDC to the winning wallet, with the transaction posted here.

01

Fees

$GRAIL is paired with CARDS, so every trade pays the creator fee in CARDS. The bot claims it from pump.fun's program every 5 minutes.

02

Swap

CARDS → SOL on Jupiter, then SOL → USDC when a box is due, because watch.fun charges in USDC. The vault counter is everything claimed minus everything spent on boxes.

03

Box

At most once every 15 minutes the bot rolls a random affordable tier, funds the watch.fun account, buys the box, reads the pull and keeps it. No auto-sell.

04

Draw

Snapshot of every wallet holding 1M+ $GRAIL at that slot. Dev, bonding curve and pools removed. Winner = sha256(blockhash + box#) mod eligible count.

05

Deliver

Card → NFT withdrawn to the winner and verified on-chain. Watch → buyback → USDC to the winner. Both show up in the terminal with a link.

Am I in the draw?

Paste a Solana wallet. Reads the live $GRAIL balance from the chain.

Provably fair draw

Every drop card above carries the slot, blockhash seed and eligible count. Anyone can recompute it.

eligible  = holders(mint, slot) where balance ≥ 1_000_000
seed      = sha256(blockhash + ":" + box_id)
winner    = eligible[ seed mod len(eligible) ]
// eligible list sorted by address; dev, curve, pools removed
// bot source + verify script: in the GRAIL repo
questions

Straight answers

Do I need to do anything to win?

No. Hold 1,000,000 $GRAIL or more in your own wallet (not on an exchange). You're in every draw automatically. Cards arrive in your wallet as an NFT; watch payouts arrive as USDC. No form, no claim button.

Does holding more give more chances?

One wallet, one ticket, as long as it's over the line. Splitting into several 1M wallets gives more tickets, which is fine: that's more buying.

Why not always open the biggest box?

Because waiting for $2,000 means weeks between drops. Rolling across every affordable tier keeps boxes opening while big ones still happen when the vault is fat. Boxes are spaced at least 15 minutes apart so fees have time to collect.

How do I know the terminal isn't fake?

Every line is signed by the creator wallet's key before it's published, and this page verifies each signature in your browser (green dot in the terminal header). Transactions link to Solscan; NFT deliveries link to the asset in the winner's wallet.

Where do the dev's own fees go?

Into the boxes. The dev wallet is excluded from every draw.
